Bumps Blurt to v0.1.62 (build number + marketing version via release-bump) and adds the release notes Sparkle shows users.

Release notes

• Hold the key over selected text to ask about it, like "summarize this," and hear the answer
• Set read-aloud speed from 1× to 3× in Settings
• Skip code, links, and long numbers when reading selected text aloud

Left out: #223 (iPhone app; no user-visible Mac change), #224 (CI), and the stale-cancel fix inside #225 (only reachable through hold-to-ask's new press path).

Note: hold-to-ask ships default-on (SelectionAskStore.defaultValue = true), so existing read-aloud users get it on update. Kept as-is by decision.

After merge

Merging starts release (push to main touching project.yml). Its publish job parks on the release-publish environment: download the DMG from the run's artifacts, install it, and approve once it works.
