Summary

• Prepare azure.ai.rle 0.8.44-preview for the public rle channel without a new breaking flag.
• Build from freshly synced sujit-kamireddy/azure-dev main 9a6865ae4, including its Foundry-aligned local job and rollout monitors.
• Preserve all historical releases, artifact URLs, checksums, and breaking flags. Users on 0.8.43-preview receive a non-blocking notice; older clients may still require an update because of the preserved 0.8.43 breaking release.
• Include all six supported platform packages, built once and byte-identical to the paired development release.

Validation

• Source Go 1.26.4 build passes. Command, monitor, rollout, and UI tests pass.
• Full source test run hits an existing order-sensitive Harbor test, TestTaskArtifactsIgnoreLegacyPublicationSelection, also intermittent in isolated repetitions. Harbor source and tests are unchanged from the previous release; this limitation is documented in the implementation PR.
• Release-script regression contracts pass.
• All 12 dev/customer archives pass checksum, URL, manifest version, and binary OS/architecture checks; all six package pairs are identical.
• Verified the new entry has no breaking flag and all older entries remain unchanged.
• Packaged macOS arm64 binary reports azure.ai.rle 0.8.44-preview; monitor, rollout, and train help execute successfully.
• Both release checkouts pass git diff --check.

Publication

This PR targets rle-releases, not upstream main. Merging publishes the customer-channel update. Both release PRs are left unmerged for review. No cloud training or Azure resource operations were run.

Archives are committed and pushed separately to avoid oversized release pushes.
