The job synced GitHub's AKS starter workflows into
starterWorkflows/, whichgenerate-workflowused to embed. #194 moved workflow generation totemplate/workflows/and deleted that folder, so nothing consumes the output.The job has also failed on every scheduled run: its token has
contents: read, so pushing the update branch returns 403, and since it never records a successful run it retries the full update every 3 hours.
