StructuredPaperSearchAgent

MCP adapter for structured paper and full-text metadata search across scholarly APIs, section-aware evidence extraction, and provenance-first literature queries.

This BioRouter extension is distributed as a BRXT bundle and licensed under Apache-2.0. Use it when a literature task needs exact identifiers, structured fields, abstracts/full-text links, or section-aware evidence provenance.

HTTP mutation methods are blocked unless the caller supplies allow_mutation=true after explicit user approval. Local command execution is disabled by default because the allowlist is empty; if commands are added later, run_structuredpapersearchagent_command still requires allow_execute=true.
