TamarindBioAgent

MCP adapter for Tamarind Bio-style cloud protein, structure, docking, and design workflows with guarded API calls and result provenance.

This BioRouter extension is distributed as a BRXT bundle and licensed under Apache-2.0. Use it to inspect cloud job metadata, retrieve provenance, and plan gated protein/structure/docking submissions.

HTTP mutation methods are blocked unless the caller supplies allow_mutation=true after explicit user approval. Local command execution is disabled by default because the allowlist is empty; if commands are added later, run_tamarindbioagent_command still requires allow_execute=true.
