For data recovery purposes, this behavior can be reverted by enabling "Azure.Storage.CseV2AllowMisorderedAuthRegions" in the AppContext switch or "AZURE_STORAGE_CSE_V2_ALLOW_MISORDERED_AUTH_REGIONS" in environment variables.
• Fixed a bug in client-side encryption where version downgrades were only detected at the start of a download.
