Add an exact copy of the existing Hello world probe under a temporary test-fixture path. The owner requested making the existing skills.sh
callepage actually show this probe. The public installer currently returns the correct new source, but the registry download still contains the complete oldcalle 2.0.0snapshot, even after an installation event receives HTTP 200.An explicit installation from
tests/fixtures/index-refresh/callewill test whether providing a different repository-relative file path causes the existing owner/repository/skill entry to refresh. The Skill name, contents, marker and intended page URL are unchanged. The fixture is not a new product entry or a replacement for canonicalskills/calle; default install guidance and immutable release artifacts remain unchanged.Validation: both SKILL.md files have identical SHA-256 and the official Skill format validator passes. Existing production test failures from the deliberately incomplete Hello world probe are unchanged; no test or CI rules are modified.
Release decision: No release needed. This adds a repository-only diagnostic fixture, no package or normal release output; no changeset is needed.
