What
Throwaway probe pull request. Its whole diff is one new file under
docs/, so it isdocumentation-only by the
changesjob's own definition.Do not merge. It exists to observe a real docs-only run of the change-detection gate
added on the base branch, and is closed once that run is recorded.
How to verify
The checks list should contain only
Change detectionand the workflow's summary job, andthe summary job should be green.
