What
Pins the workspace, CI, release jobs, lockfile typings, smoke-build documentation, and Bun references to Bun 1.4.2.
Why
Aligns the modem-control workspace and its compiled CLI tooling with the CeraLive Bun 1.4.2 baseline.
How to verify
bun install --frozen-lockfile bun run lint bun run typecheck bun test bun run buildLocal result: 1,492 tests passed; lint, typecheck, and the seven-entry package build passed.
Risks
Toolchain and typings update only; the published package surface, CLI behavior, and packaging inputs are unchanged.
