Affected repo & language: modem-stack; Markdown and one TypeScript comment.
What
Append the dated owner field verification to
docs/BENCH.md. Move the complete AGENTS.md reference sections verbatim intodocs/agents/, adjusting only Markdown link targets, and retain a small rules-and-routing manifest with the shared Workspace hard rules. Add the Rule G user-docs check to the PR template. Repoint the Rule D comment incontrol/test-support/conformance/matrix-report.tsto its preserved contract; executable behavior is unchanged. Why
Follow the merged policy in CERALIVE/ceralive#171. Sessions could load up to 1 MB of workspace rules; routing and hard rules should stay small while complete contracts remain one link away. The append-only modem record supplies dated owner evidence for the following docs-site work without changing the compatibility ladder.
How to verify
Run the merged root checker against this checkout:
python3 <merged-root>/scripts/check-agents-budget.py --workspace-root <merged-root> --repo <this-checkout> --preserved-from origin/main.The publication check exits 0. Inspect
git diff --stat origin/main...HEAD: only AGENTS.md, docs/agents/, the PR template, BENCH.md and the named comment reader change. BENCH.md has 28 added lines, zero removed lines and exactly 21 owner-field-use result rows, at lines 1710–1730.Preparation QA passed
bun install --frozen-lockfile,bun run lint, bun run typecheck, bun test(1,492 tests),bun run --cwd control verify:tarball, bun run --cwd control verify:consumerswith Node 26/Bun, and the fullbash packaging/ci/contract.shin Debian trixie. The tarball gate includes the test-local ESM build. Preservation independently checked all original blocks; the missing-file negative probe correctly failed. Cloud checks on this PR provide the exact-head gate evidence.Risks
BENCH.md was append-only with 21 owner-attested rows and no logs attached. It is field-use attestation, not certification of every operation or firmware tuple; COMPAT-MATRIX.md is untouched. The docs-site update follows after this PR merges, so the Rule G checkbox remains pending. Only the existing Rule D comment reader was repointed. Verbatim archive files retain original section-ending blank lines, which
git diff --checkreports as new blank lines at EOF; preservation is intentional. Local lint retained an informational Biome schema-version notice. The initial packaging attempt failed at workflow wiring, but the final full trixie contract passed without code or workflow edits. Markdown has no configured LSP; this publication environment's TypeScript 7 installation has no tsserver.js, so a fresh LSP result is unavailable (preparation recorded clean comment-file diagnostics). No package release or device qualification is claimed. Rollback is a documentation revert.Checklist
