Add option for debug output for unexpected errors - #55

When the debug output option is not set, an unexpected error will result in the error's message being shown to the user along with instructions on how to enable debug output. When the debug output option is set, an unexpected error will result in the error's message and stack trace being shown. This allows users to provide additional information in error reports, while hiding the otherwise unhelpful stack trace by default. An example of an unexpected error that is handled by this code would be a string that exceeds node's length limit for strings.
