Changes look good. Worked as described.
…g on linux - FormatUtil.getMimeType() test for votable - removed Files.probeContentType(Path.of(inFile)) since it is platform specific - better use of tile extentions - added some test - SpectrumMetaInspector will recognize HOPS / spitzer
