Switch from Unlicense (public domain) to the MIT License now that the repo is public — a conventional, attribution-preserving OSS license. - LICENSE: MIT text (Copyright (c) 2026 Chrison Simtian). - Directory.Build.props: PackageLicenseExpression Unlicense → MIT (flows into the published nuget.org package metadata).
