Adds bdg to "Libraries for driving the protocol (or a layer above)".

bdg is a command line tool I maintain. It keeps a CDP session open in a background process, so each shell command (DOM query, click, network list, console, or any raw protocol method like bdg cdp Network.getCookies) talks to the same page. It's MIT licensed and on npm as browser-debugger-cli.

I put it next to Lumen since it's also TypeScript/Node.js and aimed at coding agents.
