Purpose
PR #434 merged the Supabase production deploy and inactive-Cron workflows into
main. The repository default branch isdevelop, and GitHub requires aworkflow_dispatchfile there before a manual run can targetmain. These two workflows are not currently registered in GitHub Actions.Change
Copy only the two already-reviewed workflow files from merged
mainintodevelop, byte for byte, and record the dispatch gate in the work log/codebase map. The production deploy still requires currentmain, the fixed production project, the production database identity and the protectedproduction-schemaapproval. The Cron installer still requires a successful deploy run for that samemaincommit and installs eight jobs inactive.Merging this PR registers the manual workflows. It does not deploy Supabase code, install or enable Cron, publish a mobile update, change Netlify's API URL, or stop Railway. It also avoids the
mobile/**push filter that would publish a preview OTA ondevelop.Verification
maincopies by SHA-256.git diff --checkpasses.After this PR is reviewed and separately approved for merge, dispatch Deploy Supabase API and worker to production with
--ref mainat the currentmainSHA, then approve its protected environment gate. Keep issue #418 open until live cutover and Railway retirement checks pass.
