Summary

The Cloud popup for v0.38.1 linked the Ideogram 4.5 bullet at the text-to-image template (api_ideogram_v4_5_t2i). Point it at the image edit template instead (api_ideogram_v4_5_image_edit), in all seven cloud staging locales.

The link is the only change: bullet text, section order and every other URL are untouched.

Verification

• New link returns 200 (https://cloud.comfy.org/?template=api_ideogram_v4_5_image_edit).
• No api_ideogram_v4_5_t2i occurrence remains anywhere under .github/scripts/cms/staging/.
• The cloud CMS entries for v0.38.1 were re-synced with --force, so the published popup now carries the new link (7 locales).
