Adds ten useful mods to the public repository and ten matching Mods hub listings. Installing cmd mods add CommandCodeAI/command-code -g loads one dependency-free bundle; each mod can be enabled or disabled separately. Every catalog description explicitly says the install adds all ten mods.

The bundle provides code review, standups, PR drafts, release notes, regression test planning, Git summaries, context usage, run statistics, session bookmarks, and persistent focus reminders. Git workflows gather actual repository data with validated arguments and bounded output. Session utilities use existing host APIs; no private runtime package is shipped.

Includes installation/command documentation, a lockfile, and CI for tests, lint, typecheck, and build. Sources load directly through Command Code, with optional ESM builds. These are Git-only listings; no npm package is claimed or published. Merging this PR makes the listings available through the existing live registry fetch (15-minute catalog TTL).

Validation: 19 standalone tests pass, Biome passes, strict TypeScript passes, and all ten ESM entries build. The companion Command Code branch loads the manifest through the real jiti loader with zero warnings, validates every factory against ModApi, executes Git commands against a real fixture repository, and passes the existing catalog and page-header tests.

The first five commands initiate a model turn; the other utilities do not. Bookmark navigation changes the conversation branch and does not revert files. Focus is a prompt reminder, with later user instructions taking precedence. No deployment, merge, or npm publication is included.
