Syntax error in Ch11 markdown #231

Its markdown table is preceded by three grave accents and the word text implying it should not be formatted as a table. However it looks like it was supposed to be a table.
2 other tables which follow are also not rendered properly.

Why Is This Important?

This is actually a bug not a feature request but this form seemed the closest. It matters because all those vertical bars and plus signs look funny when rendered as HTML.

Remove the three grave accents and the word text so it renders the following table(s) properly.
