Links pointed at the old personal repository, and the backup and runtime inventory contracts buried the endpoint list. The front page now shows what SystemGate reports, a quick start and the security model; the backup, runtime inventory and full security sections moved verbatim into docs/. Every Conker service now has the same front page: header, badges, a where it fits diagram, what it does, quick start, security model, development and a docs table. Links to the old personal repository are fixed.
Long deep-dive sections moved verbatim into `docs/`, so no detail was lost. Every command, path, route and variable in the new README was checked against the repo.
