Every Conker service now has the same front page: header, badges, a where it fits diagram, what it does, quick start, security model, development and a docs table. Links to the old personal repository are fixed.

Long deep-dive sections moved verbatim into `docs/`, so no detail was lost. Every command, path, route and variable in the new README was checked against the repo.

The README had grown to 443 lines of implementation detail with links to
the old personal repository and a stale branch. A visitor now gets what
ToolGate is, where it fits, a quick start and the security model in one
screen; the automation engine, security, agent access, deployment and
testing sections moved verbatim into docs/.
