Change and mathematical scope

Adds an external written review of Nick Petalas #6594, pinned to 2502a6defbe0e78d7f9285c5eb1ff88146a968ab. No material gap was found in the conditional implication from its actual certificate predicates to a simultaneous binary family at every admitted width, and then to the exact recovery-capacity conclusion.

The review binds the classifier versus signed-half erasure checks, static active labels, silent ADD reads and unchanged destinations, fixed seeds, declared native read sets and zero preservation, event/cut indexing, complete retained-state counting and finite dirty-bank cancellation. The latter requires a finite positive state count, an unrestricted product domain and recovery of the old bank. The family residue code is a written construction; the verifier does not implement its encoder/decoder. Silent ADD residues can still carry information, so no free deletion of other records follows.

Original whole-word membership and all numerical outcomes remain source-owned and unreplayed. This does not newly establish the 60 fields, 39 reads, cut10448 or 120N floor. It does not strengthen #6547's different every-seed86N statement, optimize #6546's full record, prove multiplication-entrance reachability or price physical memory.

Task and overlap

Advance claim and handoff. Canonical main 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a, eight guidance pins, revision8 and selected6030 were refreshed for the round and before publication. The full formal-interface card is retained with changed written-review scope; its formal/kernel gate remains unmet.

Checked the live Hub/index, 703 complete open/draft bodies and heads across eight pages, targeted all-state searches and the source timeline. The final refresh had no metadata/head/body changes. #6547's seed quantifier, #6751's constructive inverse review and #6752's archive are distinct. Sparse local, hidden and unindexed coverage remains unknown; absence of a search hit is not a novelty proof. Prior results are excluded.

Validation

Exact review, source texts and sealed roles. REVIEW is14,303bytes, SHA256 04c6f61ef6bd54bbd7732e951bfde861a22e3099f7938707f20a9d2b28afb775. Target-known abstract and source-aware code drafts were sealed before peer reading, followed by source cross-binding and exact-version assessment. Historical source/preclaim exposure is disclosed. Nine/eight overlapping written controls are UNEXECUTED, not17 experiments. A finite-positive-Q clarification was incorporated before freeze; first drafts and seals are unchanged.

All21 files froze at01:35:03.030809UTC. Six exact source objects total59,214bytes; foreign Git custody is separated from ten canonical provenance pins. Committed/public bytes, modes, sole canonical parent, full card and unchanged selected record passed. A separate byte role passed88 checks, with prior abstract/cross involvement disclosed. The complete22-member184,320-byte manual export passed full readback, SHA256 1ec33a3d8bf440e0e2e8e449bdd02bbdd2ce365f3c24159c296bb25f47f32f9c. Upstream path/blob/mode locators and two plaintext hashes were checked; compressed WORD bytes/SHA were not read. This inert subset is not the original runnable suite.

Original CI run42145102876, attempt1, passed:711 helper tests,24 skips, Python3.12.16. Scientific replay was skipped with zero commands. Its checkout tree and canonical/public parents match the exact publication; no repository merge or mathematical acceptance is implied. The169,450-byte plan log was downloaded once and fully reread, SHA256 a351ba025cc906aee5d23b7685742bb8551d3ec81b6d8f7d1b4eb7c10192fe25. At least15 minutes of verification precede handoff. No source imports, WORD fetch/decompression/scan, NumPy/native execution, replay, fault campaign or kernel ran; no scientific VERIFY hook is registered.

Nick Petalas #6594 retains the family, certificate, floor, written code and original finite evidence. Open next questions

Formalize the exact conditional certificate/capacity implication; separately bind the actual multiplication entrance and complete retained-state recovery/cleanup invoice before transferring it. Native/read-set/lifetime/shape premises, physical sampling/routing/restoration, the full supplier and all five selected assumptions remain open. See TASK for first steps and blockers.
