Change and mathematical scope
No new κ. Under the frozen scalar/serial, common-boundary old-helper and stationary-buffer contract, all 4,296 eligible cuts across 77 groups have pairing rank at most one. Arbitrary intermediate frames cannot add a two-pivot meeting without changing that contract. Addresses #5803 using #5786/#5800.

Validation
python3 -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-two-channel-hubExpected: PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE. Six registered checks passed. Independent histories/nullspaces/ranks cover every certified cut on all 801 axes; separate physical coverage checks 689,190 eligible grid cases. Normal/-O read-only exports passed unchanged. Controls include rank-two, dirty cancellation, corrupt source, omitted midpoint and uncovered contact cases. Complete remote tree matches tested files.
Limitations and credit
Retiming, extra relocations, changed contacts and transported pivots remain open. Retiming search failure is not an impossibility theorem. All five assumptions remain; no native/compiler admission.
