Construct the complete symbolic event bill, bind the one-offset caller, and verify the logarithmic chunk-width guard. Retain selected physical, ownership, precision and compiler dependencies. Prepared for @CubeJerry with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance and separate source-aware review. No new kappa.

Construct occurrence-specific injections, complete complements and inverse returns through the retained compiler. Complete 145-axis canonicalizers replace the 265-axis audit representation. Whole-field conjugation aligns scalar contacts.
The actual layer requests one bit offset; outer rounds already pay for other offsets. A complete finite event sum preserves the ordinary node tariff, with an explicit compact-control guard valid at K=128G. This extends #5480 using #5445/#4268 and substitutes into #6115's existing recurrence without claiming that recurrence anew.
Base: 7c49fe3. Exact 21 input Git/SHA256 pins: SOURCES.json.
Reproduce (Python 3.12, stdlib):
Expected: PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE.
Executed: six normal/optimized checks; 1,297,520 basis checks, 8,064 contacts, 84 reservation domains, independent exact tensor/scalar checks and 2,415 offset schedules. Controls reject aliases, missing complements/returns, bad stock, misaligned contacts and extra plane sweeps. Committed bytes/modes and six read-only Git-free export replays pass. Remote tree matches tested contents.
No new κ. Quantified matching/batching/descent are imported. Selected-rate primitives, owned backing, updated precision/stock constants, dispatcher and analytic recovery remain inherited or unverified; all five assumptions remain. Nonmaterialization alone is not a proof gap. No selected cold replay, full-history audit or human/kernel acceptance.
