chore: add Product Owner config and move Docs/ to docs/ - #5
Adds docs/product-owner-config.md, which configures the cc-po plugin's product-owner and task-claim skills for this repository. It passes check-config.mjs: valid, 41 keys, 3 lines.
Owner: JOY, reports in Vietnamese. This matches DOS.Me, DOS.AI and Second Spawn.
Board:DOS project #10, run as Scrumban with a weekly Sprint timebox. The board now has these fields:
Status: Backlog / Ready / In progress / In review / Done
Priority, Size, Product Line, Executor, Session ID
Sprint: a 7-day iteration starting 2026-11-02
Lines: Campaigns, Money and Platform. They are split by risk and ownership, not by campaign type, because give and back share most code while money handling needs its own review and legal track. Platform has no separate PO; the Campaigns PO decides for it.
Branches: work integrates on dev and Production ships from main, as JOY asked.
Renames Docs/ to docs/. The skills read docs/product-owner-config.md, and on case-sensitive filesystems (CI, cloud sessions) Docs/ would not resolve. The lowercase name also matches the other DOS repositories. The only reference to update was one path in docs/Give-Technical-Design.md.
Done outside this PR
Linked DOS/Give to project #10.
Created the line:campaigns, line:money and line:platform labels.
Fast-forwarded dev to main (7bdd170).
Notes
GitHub WIP column limits can only be set in the board UI. The PO enforces the WIP limit described in the config instead.
The repository's default branch is still main. Switch it to dev in Settings if PRs should target dev by default.
This PR standardizes the documentation directory casing from Docs/ to docs/ and introduces a comprehensive product-owner-config.md file that defines the Scrumban workflow, board field mappings, and operational rules for the DOS/Give project.
Renamed file to lowercase directory for consistency.
docs/product-owner-config.md
New file. Defines the Product Owner (PO) configuration for the cc-po plugin, including board field IDs, workflow rules (Scrumban), line definitions (Campaigns, Money, Platform), and owner instructions.

Merge Risk: Moderate · previous review 8cb3f
The new product-owner configuration makes dev the integration branch and requires CI checks, but the workflow only runs for main. Pull requests into dev would merge without lint or build validation unless dev is added to the workflow triggers or the config is changed. The documentation move itself is safe.
