fix(web): spec group labels show one language, not both #1529

Problem

Spec groups read 1. Màn hình (Display), 2. Phần cứng & Hiệu năng (Hardware). The site is multilingual, so each locale should show only its own label.

Expected

• vi shows Màn hình, en shows Display; no bilingual pairs in spec groups, criteria names, or other labels that follow the same pattern (search the site for English suffixes in parentheses on Vietnamese labels).
• Check whether the numbering prefix (1.) helps; drop it if it is only decoration.
• Labels come from the i18n messages, not hardcoded strings.
