fix(web): product page puts product info and specs above price history and sellers #1530

Problem

On the product page, product information and specs sit below price history and the seller list.

Expected

  • Order: scoreboard and summary, then product information and specs (and variants), then reviews, then price history, then the seller list last.
  • The jump row and its anchors follow the new order; the phone layout keeps the jump row in the first screen (fix(web): the product page jump row sits in a phone's first screen #1518).
  • Applies to products and services alike (any page type with a spec or info section).
  • The buy or best-price summary near the top can stay as a short line, so the cheapest offer is still visible early.
