fix(normalizer): hp folio laptops keep a key despite the accessory opener - #1541
DEVICE_LINE_OPENERS lists device lines named like an accessory. Today it holds only HP's Folio. A match needs three parts in order:
the line word;
its model (13, 1040 G3, G1);
the owning brand right after that model (HP or (HP)).
opensWithDeviceLine first drops the promo words that ACCESSORY_OPENER also allows (Combo, Hàng chính hãng). It then reads only the word right after the brand, skipping any punctuation. If that word is one of the following, the title stays an accessory:
an accessory opener;
a laptop accessory, with or without diacritics (sleeve, túi/tui, adapter, sac, cap, ban phim...);
a fit word (tương thích, compatible, thay).
Later text is the laptop's own, so these keep a key: "bàn phím có đèn", "dùng cho văn phòng", "cho sinh viên", "kem sleeve".
isAccessoryTitle returns false for such a device, just as it already does for an Apple Pencil.

Known limits
A keyboard feature typed right after HP (Folio 13 HP bàn phím có đèn ...) still reads as a keyboard. Telling it apart from Folio 13 HP ban phim thay the would need more than the opening words. The same text later in the title is fine.
A brand after the model stays in the slug. Examples: hp:folio-13-hp-core:256gb, and Combo Folio 13 HP keys combo-folio-13-hp. Pavilion 15 HP ... and Zenbook 14 Asus ... already key this way on dev. This is a generic token-loop matter, so it goes to a follow-up and is not handled here.
Tests and key diff
Fixtures cover both sides, with invented titles only.
Importer fixture suite, tsc, eslint and prettier pass locally.
Key diff, origin/dev to this branch:
repo strings: 12 of 5,754 change, all of them the new Folio fixtures (hp:unkeyed becomes hp:folio-...);
laptop text and fit words later in the title unkeyed it;
accessories typed without diacritics were missed.
Codex round 1. Same findings, plus kem sleeve. All fixed in 58d6a67.
Codex round 2.sac and ban phim without diacritics, and an accessory after a dash, are fixed in ff19546. cho sinh viên right after HP now keys. The keyboard case is listed under Known limits.

isAccessoryTitle read "Folio" as a folio case, so a title such as
"Folio 13 HP Core i5 8GB" got an unkeyed key. A line word that is also
an accessory word now names the device when a model number follows it,
the title names the line's brand (HP) and no fit word ("cho", "for") or
other accessory word (case, sleeve, bao da) follows. Folio cases for
iPad or Samsung, and "Folio 13 cho HP", stay accessories.

Review of #1541. The first version scanned the whole title after the
line word for accessory and fit words, so a laptop's own text ("bàn
phím có đèn", "cho sinh viên") unkeyed it, while diacritic-less
accessories ("op lung", "tui chong soc") got a key. Now HP must come
right after the Folio model (13, 1040 G3, G1), and only the word right
after the brand is checked against the accessory openers, laptop
accessories (sleeve, adapter, túi) and fit words (cho, for, tương
thích). Promo words before the line ("Combo", "Hàng chính hãng") are
read as ACCESSORY_OPENER reads them.

Codex round 2 on #1541. "Folio 13 HP sac 45W" and "Folio 13 HP ban
phim US" got a key, and a dash or bracket before the accessory ("Folio
13 HP - sleeve") hid it. The word after the brand is now read past
punctuation, and sac, cap and ban phim join the laptop accessory list.
"cho" leaves it, so "Folio 13 HP cho sinh viên Core i5" keeps a key.
