fix(shared-data): product points second review findings - #1563
Follow-up to #1560 (product points rules). Fixes from a second fresh-context Claude review of those rules; Codex skipped (quota). Still no database access.
Changes
Stale experts: an expert line lifts a point only while it is fresh (18 months). An expert con from five years ago no longer makes one new writer's con visible.
Different facts: lines that each name an aspect the other does not, or that differ in a number, never join one cluster. "máy nóng khi chơi game" and "máy lag khi chơi game" stay apart, as do "pin dùng được 1 ngày" and "pin dùng được 2 ngày".
Short lines: a line of two or more words that sits inside a longer one joins it ("pin trâu" with "pin trâu dùng cả ngày"), whichever of the two is older.
Duplicates: a line id read twice counts once, and writer ids are compared trimmed.
Dates and negation: a future date counts as now. "hề" is a filler word, so "không hề nóng" negates "nóng".
Tests for each case are in testProductPoints. pnpm --filter @repo/shared-data test and lint pass locally.
Open, needs a decision (not changed here)
D9 as written lets one writer at weight 3 plus one at weight 0.01 pass ("two writers, sum 1.5"). Capping each writer's share of the sum, for example at 1.0, would make "two writers" mean two real contributions. That is a change to D9, so it is left to the PO and JOY.
This PR refines the product points aggregation logic by introducing stricter clustering rules to prevent distinct claims (e.g., different aspects or numbers) from merging, while also adding robustness for duplicate lines, future-dated entries, and expert status decay.
Added comprehensive test cases to verify: 1. Negation tokenization (e.g., "không_nóng"). 2. Separation of lines with different aspects ("nóng" vs "lag") or numbers. 3. Merging of short lines contained within longer lines. 4. Deduplication of lines by ID and trimming of writer IDs. 5. Handling of future dates (clamped to now) and expert status decay (old expert lines no longer count as fresh).
packages/shared-data/src/rules/product-points.ts
Logic Enhancements: 1. Clustering: Replaced simple wordOverlap with a new matchScore function. This function returns 0 if lines contradict or state "different claims" (defined by unique aspect words or numbers). It also ensures short lines contained in longer lines meet the minimum overlap threshold. 2. Data Normalization: Added writer field to the internal Line interface to store trimmed writer IDs. Added deduplication logic in countedLines to ignore duplicate line IDs. 3. Date Handling: Future-dated lines are now clamped to now to prevent them from escaping decay or appearing artificially fresh. 4. Expert Logic: Modified summarise so that hasExpert is only true if the expert line is fresh (within POINT_SILENT_MS), preventing stale expert endorsements from inflating new points. 5. Vocabulary: Added "hề" to the FILLER set.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Product points now distinguish claims with conflicting negation, different aspects, or different numeric values, while grouping closely matching short and long lines more consistently.
Duplicate lines no longer inflate counts, and writer IDs are compared consistently despite surrounding whitespace.
Stale expert lines no longer keep points visible, and future timestamps are capped at the aggregation time.
- An expert line lifts a point only while it is fresh.
- Lines that name different aspects or numbers never join one cluster.
- A short line inside a longer one joins it, whichever is older.
- Duplicate line ids count once; writer ids are compared trimmed.
- A future date counts as now; "hề" is a filler, so "không hề nóng" negates.

Walkthrough
Product-point aggregation now trims writer IDs, ignores duplicate source lines, and caps future timestamps at the aggregation time. Clustering distinguishes conflicting claims and joins short matching lines. Expert support now requires a sufficiently recent line.

Summary
Counted line aggregation and clustering packages/shared-data/src/rules/product-points.ts, packages/shared-data/src/__tests__/shared-data.test.ts
Tokenization removes an additional filler word. Counted lines ignore duplicate source IDs, use trimmed writer IDs, and cap future dates at the aggregation time. Clustering separates contradictory claims and claims with different aspects or numbers, while allowing short matching lines to join longer ones. Expert support requires a line no older than POINT_SILENT_MS. Tests cover these behaviors.

Vary line ages in the short-line containment check.
The loop at shared-data.test.ts:1815-1825 gives both lines the same writtenAt. Its comment says the short line joins the longer one "whichever is older," but no age is varied. The loop reaches both leader orders only through the id tiebreak. A change that requires equal timestamps for containment would still pass.
Give the two lines different ages in each loop order. The oldest-first sort then selects the leader by age, which the comment describes.

Only veto a numeric conflict when both lines state a number.
differentClaims rejects a pair when one line has a number the other lacks. So pin trâu and pin trâu 2 ngày never cluster. Their two writers are hidden from the summary, although the new short-within-long rule would join them.

Compare each new line with every cluster member, not only the leader.
A line that contradicts a later member can still join through the leader. pin trâu dùng cả ngày and pin trâu không dùng cả ngày both join the leader pin trâu, and their support is summed. Check contradiction and differing claims against all members before joining.
