Summary

The release PR workflow (gen-release-pr.yml) fails at "Compute sha and regenerate docs" because the .NET SDK version pinned in global.json isn't installed on the runner. This adds an actions/setup-dotnet@v6 step (global-json-file: global.json) just before that step, with the same new-version != '' condition as its neighbours.

Checklist

  • Generated code is regenerated (make sqlc-generate) and committed (n/a: workflow-only change)
  • Tests added or updated (n/a: workflow-only change)
  • A major / minor / patch label is set (or skip-release for non-release changes)
