Update APM SDK benchmarks reference

What Does This Do

This PR updates the pinned apm-sdks-benchmarks GitLab CI includes and runtime clones to
DataDog/apm-sdks-benchmarks@d2179ae650e62b6dae7aac9b13e548299d538eae.

Motivation

Keep Java SDK benchmarks current while retaining reproducible CI configuration.

The new commit value uses the existing YAML anchor. All benchmark includes and the runtime clone variable continue to use one pinned value.
