fix(docs): restore the broken README images - #93

All five README images were hosted on
datakitchen.io/wp-content/uploads/, which now returns 404 after the website was restored from backup.This commits them to the repo and serves them from
raw.githubusercontent.com, so the README no longer depends on the marketing site's media library.
