Summary

Add a fixed 1920×1080 recording selection, toggled with 1 in the video overlay.
Keep the frame size locked to the preset while positioning it, and allow click or Enter to confirm.
Preserve the existing video window/drag selection and document the new shortcut in the overlay hints.
Add a regression test for toggling and placement.

cargo test -p jiffshot-workflow (29 passed)
Clippy is blocked by existing warnings in jiffshot-doc and unrelated workflow files.
