Add visr devices

Adds devices to ViSR (b01-1). PV names changed slightly with updated IOCs, theta tomography stage added. Instructions to ssh to b01-1 network removed as CA PVs now available as read-only outside beamline network (equivalent to other instruments).

Instructions to reviewer on how to test:

1. Confirm all devices connect with dodal connect b01_1

Checks for reviewer

• If a new device has been added does it follow the standards
• If changing the API for a pre-existing device, ensure that any beamlines using this device have updated their Bluesky plans accordingly
• Have the connection tests for the relevant beamline(s) been run via dodal connect ${BEAMLINE}
