fix: use the white mark in the Comms CLI icon - #86

The Comms CLI icon shipped with a dark mark. The CLI Icon Updates thread chose white marks, and the Todoist and Automations CLI icons already use them. Swap in the Figma export of the Service / Comms CLI slice with the white mark. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Overview
We exported the wrong asset for the Comms CLI icon in #79: the mark came out dark, where the design and the CLI Icon Updates thread call for white, as the Todoist and Automations icons already have. This swaps in the corrected export. The consent screen shown by
tdc auth loginand the README load the icon frommain, so the fix shows as soon as it lands.Reference
