…s not BLOCKED-ENV cargo fmt --check exits 0 with nothing on either stream when the tree is clean. The dream gate treats a silent exit 0 as proving nothing and marked the 2026-10-17 night BLOCKED-ENV (agentbox inbox 61553c44). Echo one line on success so the receipt carries evidence.
