fix(macos-host): install no daemon beside the standalone Tailscale app - #171

The daemon install was gated only on the launchd definition, so a host running the standalone app, which carries its own client in a system network extension, got the formula's tailscaled installed as well. The two conflict over the host's tailnet connection and the host dropped off its tailnet. A host that has the app bundle is now left as its own Tailscale client.

/Applications/Tailscale.appis now left as its own Tailscale client. The new test fails without the guard.
