fix: list every commit type in the release notes - #36

The angular preset lists only feat, fix, perf and revert, so a release cut by a docs, refactor, ci or chore commit had a version header and nothing under it. The conventionalcommits preset lists every type given in presetConfig.types, now derived from commitTypes. conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits is pinned to 9.3.1 as a direct dependency because release-notes-generator loads conventional-changelog-writer 8, and the 10.x preset that resolves through commitlint needs writer 9 and renders a bare header.
…g entry Releases 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 2.0.1 and 4.0.1 were cut by docs and ci commits that the angular preset did not list. The sections are generated with the release notes options now in release.config.ts.

semantic-release cuts a patch for docs, ci, chore, refactor, test and build commits, but the notes used the angular preset, which lists only feat, fix, perf and revert, so those releases had a bare version header in the GitHub release and in CHANGELOG.md (4.0.1 is one).
The notes now use the conventionalcommits preset with
presetConfig.typesderived fromcommitTypes, which gained asectionper type, so every accepted type is listed.conventional-changelog-conventionalcommitsis pinned to 9.3.1 as a direct devDependency, since release-notes-generator loads conventional-changelog-writer 8 and the 10.x preset that resolves through commitlint needs writer 9. The version header is H2 for patch, minor and major. The second commit backfills the changelog entries for 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 2.0.1 and 4.0.1.
