Update Device Agent Installer flow for interactive onboarding

Description

Once the work in #693 is done, we'll have a refreshed look for the setup steps when running the device agent.

This task is to refresh the installer to feel consistent. There is also a new proposed sequence of steps in the parent issue to be implemented.

Today's release included #708 which was a minimal set of changes to the installer for it to work with the new registration flow. Specifically, if you don't provide OTC or URL, it no longer stops and lets the device agent setup do its thing.

There is a bigger piece of work needed to overhaul the styling of the installer output. That PR added some style.Cyan/Bold type functions to bring more consistency with the chalk usage in the node.js code.

We also want to reorder the steps and give the user some more interactive options. These are outlined in #678 and should be the focus of this task.

The 2.33 aspect is done. We should look to 3.0 for the remaining work. I have a local branch that claude helped produce as a starting point - but there were too many scenarios to retest to get it all into 2.33 - hence the smaller scope of #708.
