Description

Split out of #5866: the floating Ask Docs button, the question box on the docs home and the conversation modal. The modal script comes back as nuxt/public/js/ai-expert-modal.js. It can't ship yet: expert.flowfuse.com/v4/expert answers anonymous requests with a redirect to sign-in, so the conversation needs the backend side first. It is stacked on 5866, so it gets no deploy preview until that merges.

Ask Docs, the docs home question box and the conversation modal all run
on ai-expert-modal.js, which the Eleventy retirement removed from src/js.
It comes back as nuxt/public/js/ai-expert-modal.js, the /js/ path
useDocsExpert already loads, in the version this branch last edited. The
nuxt/.gitignore line that treated it as a leftover build output goes, and
the comments that pointed at src/js point here.

The endpoint the script calls answers anonymous requests with a redirect
to sign-in, so the conversation still needs the backend side before this
can ship.
