Revert the Claude Code tab to the prompt on Cloud - #5925

The Cloud variant pointed at /mcp and Show unused connectors. Claude Code only lists a claude.ai connector there once it has been added on claude.ai, so being in Claude's directory does not put FlowFuse in that list. The tab is back to the copy-the-prompt steps, the same as the Codex tab, with the host swap for self-hosted. The Claude tab keeps its link to the directory listing.

On Cloud, the Claude Code tab sent people to
/mcpand Show unused connectors. Claude Code only lists a claude.ai connector there after it has been added on claude.ai (https://code.claude.com/docs/en/mcp), so being in Claude's directory doesn't put FlowFuse in that list. The tab is back to the copy-the-prompt steps, the same as Codex, with the self-hosted address swap. The Claude tab keeps its directory link.Related Issue(s)
