Task 49: Rename/restructure the package to flpq_data at 6.0.0 #135

Description

@gsvgit

The rename step of the FLPQ extension. Design source of truth: docs/flpq.rst ("Package structure", "API changes", "Dataset layout and migration"); site preparation (links/sizes aligned with the 6.0.0 dataset) is done in #133.

  • Rename the package directory cfpq_data -> flpq_data; the PyPI distribution name becomes flpq-data (pyproject.toml, hatchling packages, all imports).
  • Restructure grammars/ into queries/{cfpq,rpq,mcfpq}/ per the design: cfpq/ gets generators/, readwrite/{cfg,cnf,cnf_template}, converters/, utils/; rpq/ gets readwrite/{regex,rsa}; mcfpq/ gets readwrite/mcfg.
  • API renames with deprecated aliases (DeprecationWarning): download(name) -> download_graph(name); DATASET -> GRAPHS. (The design's GRAMMAR_TEMPLATES -> per-class templates item is stale: the registry was removed in 48-S6 — nothing to rename.)
  • Bump VERSION to 6.0.0 (config.py + pyproject.toml); DATASET_KEY_PREFIX / DATASET_URL then re-point at 6.0.0/graph/ automatically.
  • Update tests, reference docs, CI, and the changelog accordingly.

Out of scope: the cfpq-data deprecation shim on PyPI (split into a follow-up task — it needs the flpq-data PyPI project created first); the site restructure (task 50); new RPQ template generators (no real RPQ data yet).

Note: creating the flpq-data project on PyPI/TestPyPI is a user action required before the release PR (the TestPyPI-on-PR job publishes the renamed distribution).
