Follow-up to the v5.0.0 release (already out on PyPI and as a GitHub Release).

The tag-push run published to PyPI successfully, but the "Create GitHub Release" step failed: the publish-pypi job never checked out the repository, so CHANGELOG.md was missing from its working directory (awk fatal error). The v5.0.0 release was created manually with the correct notes and artifacts; this fix makes future releases fully automated.

  • fix(35-S9): add actions/checkout to the publish-pypi job
  • docs(35-S5): mark task 35 done in the task log
