repo maintenance

Hello, thank you so much for maintaining this repo. I know it takes a tremendous amount of time and that it might not be a priority for you.

Working on a PR made me realise a few area of potentials improvements. Instead of raising a PR, I wanted to see with you if you agreed on steps, timeline, and principle.

Here are the area I think would be worthwile to improve

• repo organisation
  • use pyproject config for bandit
  • move source files inside their own folder addon_manager (as per python guidelines)
• code reformatting
  • run automatic formatters such as black and isort on all the files
  • add git hooks to ensure consistent formatting going forward
• misc
  • remove uv in favour of poetry since uv (and the company behind it) has been acquired by ClosedOpenAI

To ease maintenance burden, I can split this work into multiple PRs (A PR for renaming files, one for reformatting only, and last one for hooks config, and switch to poetry)

Once we agree on the issue and timeline, I will create sub issues to track items individually

Thanks for reaching out, @MarcBresson -- right now the priority is ensuring stability during the FreeCAD 26.3.0 release run-up, so I don't want to make any non-critical changes until that version has been released. After that, these are all fine with me.
