fix(types): remove DefaultCommandData and the CustomCommandData augmentation - #3380
Pairs with GetStream/stream-chat-js#1989, which removes CustomCommandData from stream-chat. This PR doesn't depend on it: with stream-chat10.0.0-rc.31 it compiles and behaves the same. Bump stream-chat to the rc that contains #1989 in a later PR.
π― Goal
stream-chat v10 types command names (Command['name'], Command['set']) as string, and nothing reads CustomCommandData. React's augmentation of it, through the empty DefaultCommandData, had no effect. Command names come from the server, so typing them correctly is the app's job.
ai-docs/v15-breaking-changes.md: new entry BC-078.
Importing DefaultCommandData fails with TS2305.
Importing CustomCommandData fails the same way once the app is on a stream-chat release after rc.31.
The v14 typo check on command names is gone.
A leftover augmentation still compiles and has no effect.
ai-docs/ai-migration-v14-v15.md:
a row in "Exports that were removed";
a "Command names are string" bullet in section 17, with an example of an app typing its own command names;
an index row.
yarn types, yarn lint and yarn test pass.
Docs to update in getstream.io (v15-rc):
06-data-conventions.md: drop the CustomCommandData line.
08-release-guides/01-upgrade-to-v15.md: add a row telling apps to delete CustomCommandData augmentations and the DefaultCommandData import.
π¨ UI Changes
None.

BREAKING CHANGE: DefaultCommandData is no longer exported, and stream-chat-react no longer augments CustomCommandData. Delete your CustomCommandData augmentations and the DefaultCommandData import. Command names are string; an app that wants a closed set of names declares its own union. See ai-docs/ai-migration-v14-v15.md, section 17.

Documentation
Updated the v14-to-v15 migration guide and breaking-changes index to cover BC-078 and explain the command typing changes.
Breaking Changes
Removed DefaultCommandData and the CustomCommandData extension point. Command names are now typed as strings; applications that need checked names must define their own type and validation.

Walkthrough
This change removes DefaultCommandData and the CustomCommandData augmentation. It updates the v14-to-v15 migration guide and breaking-change index to document BC-078 and explain that command names and sets are typed as strings.
Changes: Command data type removal and migration guidance
The BC-078 index entry does not navigate to its migration guidance, making the breaking-change documentation harder to use.

Explanation
The description covers the Goal and Implementation details sections, which the template requires. It explains why the change is made: stream-chat v10 types command names as string and nothing reads CustomCommandData. It lists the files changed and reports that yarn types, lint, and test pass. The UI Changes section is present and states None. The description also gives the ticket, the paired stream-chat-js PR, and follow-up doc work. The description is complete enough to pass.

Fix the BC-078 index link.
[BC-078](#bc-078) does not resolve. The file has no explicit bc-078 anchor, and the BC-078 heading generates a longer fragment. Point the link at the generated fragment.
