fix(ui): give dialogs more vertical room on larger screens

Summary

Projects, Settings, and other dialogs can use more vertical room on larger screens, so longer lists and pages show more content before scrolling. Short dialogs stay compact, and close/save controls in Projects and Settings remain visible while their content scrolls.

Technical details

• Use one viewport-based dialog height limit with 64 pixels of vertical clearance, reduced to 28 pixels on narrow windows.
• Remove the project list's fixed 360-pixel height cap and allow Settings pages to grow beyond 900 pixels when their content needs the room.
• Keep dialog headings and footers from shrinking, and let card search content shrink and scroll in shorter windows.
• Allow the artwork choice panel to grow with the available dialog height.
• Update the feature and installation guides and refresh the Settings screenshot.

Testing performed

• Application tests: 204 passed after updating the branch from main.
• Website tests: 17 passed; offline website build verified 12 pages and 19 releases.
• Browser checks at 2560 × 1440, 1280 × 720, 390 × 700, and 1024 × 480 covered long project lists, long Settings release notes, registered printing, card search, and compact confirmation dialogs. Close/save controls remained accessible.
• Prettier and Git whitespace checks passed.
