These HTML presentational attributes are not read, in either cssMode:

• bgcolor and text on body
• bgcolor on thead, tbody and tfoot
• background on tables and cells

<body bgcolor="#ff0000" text="#0000ff"><p>body</p></body>

draws no red page background and black text.

<table><thead bgcolor="#ff0000"><tr><td>h</td></tr></thead></table>

draws no red background.

Reproduced on gravitypdf at 5be2e92, both modes. The background attribute was not checked here. It is listed in #641.
