A block inside a table cell takes the cell's alignment, in both cssModes. Neither the block's align attribute nor its text-align changes it.

Both draw RR at the left of the cell. Outside a table, <p align="right"> is right-aligned. Reproduced on gravitypdf at 5be2e92.
