<font size="3"> draws smaller than the text around it instead of at the default size #665

<font size> uses mPDF's own size table, where 3 is small. In a browser, 3 is medium, the default size.

With the default 11pt body text, MM is drawn at 9.46pt, in both cssModes. In a browser it is the same size as ab. Reproduced on gravitypdf at 5be2e92.
