A block inside an inline element does not inherit its text-align, line-height, direction or text-indent #677
In a browser dd is right-aligned: text-align does nothing on the span itself, but it is inherited by the block inside it. mPDF draws dd at the left margin. Reproduced on gravitypdf at bce6e78 with #653 applied, cssMode standard.
#653 makes a block inherit the text state of the inline elements it opens in (InheritedProperties::TEXT: colour, font, size, weight and the rest). The properties in InheritedProperties::BLOCK are read from the enclosing block's level of the block stack in CssMerger::mergeInheritedBlockProperties(), and an inline element's merged CSS for them is not kept anywhere a block can read it.
