video/demo holds everything behind the new 2:40 demo: fictional fixtures, a mock Etsy / SAP Gateway / logistics backend, a director that drives the recordings with the real macOS cursor, and a HyperFrames project whose build.py turns a cut list into the film (captions, 3D stage, overlays from the Claude Design styleframes). export-web.py derives the site files and the README GIF from the final render. The READMEs (en, de, ja, zh-CN) swap the old field-service GIF for the new demo and link to the full video on anythingmcp.com/video-promo.

The README link works either way, but it shows the new film once that one is deployed.
